Shipping Definitions
Handling Time – this is the time required to dispatch confirmed orders. Orders placed prior to 2.00pm on a working day will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the following working day,
Delivery Time – this is the time required by carriers to deliver items. Please see “Delivery Times” below

How to Return an Item
As an alternative to the return options provided by your statutory rights, customers may return items purchased from Artisan Academia under this Returns Policy in accordance with the following terms:
